Kost Materials is locally owned and operated. Our leadership has been in these markets for more than 75 years and we care about our customers, products and reputation in the communities we serve.

Our materials are the highest quality in the region as we do not cut any corners on cost of mix designs. Our designs have been built by our customers to ensure they are receiving what it is they want.

With unbelievable support, Kost Materials has grown exponentially since its inception in 2013. In our first ten years, we have delivered over 3M CY of concrete to residential, commercial, industrial and state/federal projects. Customers come first at Kost Materials. Come partner with us.

We Are Active In Our Communities!

Our employees work and live in the communities we serve. We are part of our schools, churches and dozens of charitable organizations in North Dakota and western Minnesota.

We support our law enforcement. Our most recent addition is our "Back the Blue" truck. It's all black and has been signed by many members of our local law enforcement. Complete with lights and sirens!

We have a special pink truck that is very visible. It is painted to recognize breast cancer survivors and their families and to honor those who have passed from breast cancer.

We stand alongside our military, police departments and all the service industries. It is our honor to theme these trucks to show our support to the true heroes in our communities.

West Fargo and Jamestown

We have over 60K tons of cement and cementitous storage with miles of track installed to facilitate incoming shipments. This storage allows us to partner with cement providers all over the world and ensures we always have the products necessary to avoid any disruptions in serviceability. We utilize these materials for our own production, retail sales, stabilization projects, etc...
